REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with what you bought. If you are not, we will refund
you. It is that simple, and the details below explain exactly how.

OUR 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us at
contact@quickcrochet.art within 30 days of your order date and we will refund
you in full.

You do not need to give a reason. You do not need to justify your decision.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Our guides, pattern libraries, cheat sheets, planners and video tutorials are
digital files. There is nothing to send back.

To request a refund, email contact@quickcrochet.art from the address you used
at checkout, or include your order number. We will process it and confirm by
email.

We ask that you delete your copies of the files once your refund is issued,
since your licence to use them ends at that point.

THE PHYSICAL STARTER KIT

If your order included the 130-piece starter kit, the kit must be returned to
receive a full refund.

Email contact@quickcrochet.art within 30 days of delivery and we will send you
the return address and instructions. Do not send the kit back before contacting
us — parcels sent without prior arrangement cannot be processed.

The kit should be returned in reasonable condition with its contents. You are
welcome to have opened it and tried it; we only ask that it is not damaged or
substantially used up.

Return shipping is paid by you unless the kit arrived damaged or incorrect, in
which case we cover it. Your refund is issued once the return is on its way
back to us with tracking — you do not have to wait for it to arrive.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

If your kit arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email
contact@quickcrochet.art within 14 days of delivery with a photograph of the
parcel and its contents.

We will send a replacement at no cost to you, or refund you in full, whichever
you prefer. You will not be asked to pay return shipping.

HOW LONG REFUNDS TAKE

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank
or card provider normally takes 5–10 business days to show it in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and
you still cannot see it, contact your bank first, then email us and we will
send you proof of the refund to give them.

CUSTOMERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION AND UNITED KINGDOM

You have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days.
For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once your download
begins, and by completing your purchase you request immediate delivery and
acknowledge this.

Our 30-day guarantee above is offered voluntarily, is more generous than the
statutory right, and applies to you in full regardless.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Digital products are delivered within minutes, so orders generally cannot be
cancelled before delivery. If your order includes the starter kit and it has
not yet been dispatched, email us within 24 hours and we will cancel and refund
it in full.
