Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform
that allows us to sell our products to you.

2. ONLINE STORE TERMS

of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor
dependents to use this site.

encrypted during transfer.

6. PRODUCTS

Our digital products are delivered by email immediately after payment is
confirmed. Our one physical product, the 130-piece starter kit included with

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as
accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours
accurately, and the colours of yarn and accessories in the physical kit may vary
from the images shown.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, to
discontinue any product at any time, and to limit sales to any person,
geographic region or jurisdiction.

7. LICENCE TO USE OUR PRODUCTS

When you purchase a digital product from us you receive a personal,
non-transferable licence to use it for your own, non-commercial purposes.

You may print our materials for your own use. You may not copy, share, resell,
redistribute, upload or republish them, in whole or in part, in any format.

Items you crochet by hand from our patterns belong to you, and you may sell
finished physical items you have personally made. You may not sell or
distribute the patterns or instructions themselves.

8. BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account
information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your
email address and payment details so that we can complete your transactions and
contact you as needed.

You are responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout, as your
digital products are delivered to it.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Certain content and services available through our site may include material
from third parties. Third-party links may direct you to sites that are not
affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their
content or accuracy, and we do not warrant or assume liability for any
third-party materials or websites.

Complaints, claims or questions regarding third-party products should be

Our products are educational. They teach a manual craft, and your results depend

Crochet involves hooks, scissors and other sharp implements. The physical
starter kit contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3 years
of age. Adult supervision is required for children using it. You use our
products and materials at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any
order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. In no case shall we
be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quick Crochet and its contractors and
service providers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees,
